I wonder what the sun feels like now. Once Ra, God of the great Egyptian Pharaohs. Praised by the mighty Persians as Mithras under its tortuous heat. Before monotheism all peoples, cultures, and beliefs praised this rising savior. Now these names are found more often printed in baby name books and read by those cursing its inceptor for its relentless attack on their air conditioning bill. I see you sun. Don't fall. Our ego and ignorance do not change your hold on us all.
